Specification ICOECS

Updated Terms

Due to the conditions faced by the scientific community this year, the publication of a single English-language Proceedings was not feasible. The ICOECS organizing committee decided not to publish a special issue of the conference proceedings in English, which would be submitted for indexing in the SCOPUS databases with open access.
The conference will be held on annual terms while maintaining the level of scientific significance of the event. According to the results of ICOECS-2022 the Proceedings of the conference will be published, including both Russian and English papers indexed in the RSCI.
Due to changes in the design requirements, a single template will be available on the website.
All previously accepted papers will automatically move into a single conference Proceedings. There is no need to create an application form to transfer the paper. The cost of publishing a paper in the Proceedings will be kept according to the previously announced conditions for publication in the Proceedings with indexing in the RSCI.
If you have any questions or other enquiries, please send them in the form of an e-mail to: icoecs@niientkis.ru  with your contact details so that we can respond to your enquiry.
