ALGORITHM FOR THE ENTRY OF FOREIGN STUDENTS TO RUSSIA

Foreign citizens arriving in Russia must:

Step 1: Notify the Department of International Education about the date of arrival in Russia by e-mail 7 days in advance: usatu-omo@mail.ru;

Step 2: provide a document (in Russian or English) confirming the negative result of a laboratory test of the material on COVID-19 by PCR, conducted no earlier than 3 days before arrival in Russia;

Step 3: observe isolation in the hostel/ apartment for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of arrival in Russia and re-pass the PCR test within 72 hours;

Step 4: Submit the negative PCR test result, fluorography and medical insurance to the administration of the hostel complex to get a dorm room;

Step 5: no later than 3 days from the date of entry, attend to the Department of International Education (room 1-325a) for migration registration with originals and copies of all pages of the passport and migration card with you.
