At the beginning of March, the Center for Humanitarian Aid to the Residents of Donbass #WEARETOGETHER was established at USATU. For two weeks he works from morning until late at night in the lobby of the second building.
Today, all things have already been carefully sorted, packed and delivered to the place of formation of the second convoy of humanitarian aid from Bashkiria for the residents of Donbass.
A worthy contribution to providing assistance and support to the population of the DPR and LPR was made by students, teachers and staff of our university.
In total, 71 departments of the university took part in the action #WE ARE TOGETHER, and 73 students and employees of the university provided personal assistance. Young people were very active; all seven-student trade union bureaus of the university became organizers of the collection of humanitarian aid at their departments, faculties and institutes.
In total, 1,111 kg of humanitarian cargo was collected, and these are:
Baby food - 564;
Crockery (plastic) - 54;
Goods for child care - 121;
Elderly care products - 43;
Bedding - 47;
Long-term storage food - 934;
Personal hygiene products - 1583;
Household appliances - 26;
Clothing - 177;
Stationery - 194;
Personal protective equipment - 637.
The humanitarian convoy from Bashkiria will set off on March 18.
