On March 11, 2022, the winter session of the 11th Russian championship "Aeronautical Engineering School" of the Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov and the State Corporation "Roskosmos" was held at the Ufa Aviation College of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University. The purpose of the project is to involve school and student youth of the Republic of Bashkortostan in aerospace research. During the winter session, the teams must present and defend their projects, and in the final, which will take place in May, the participants will launch ready-made rockets and aircraft with the completion of flight tasks.

Director of UAC, chairman of the organizing committee of the regional stage of the championship Ilgiz Karshanov spoke at the opening ceremony:

 - Holding the championship in our aviation technical school will allow todays and future participants to reveal their potential in the field of aircraft and rocket engineering. Our goal is to give schoolchildren and students of the region the opportunity of continuous learning in acquiring technical skills to create simple models and designs to obtain high-quality engineering knowledge. I wish all participants fruitful work, victories and success!

The executive director of the Bashkortostan branch of the FCR Sergey Plyukhov presented certificates of honor to the Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia for fruitful work with young people in the development of scientific and technical creativity to Ilgiz Karshanov, Florida Dikova and diplomas to students for participation in the championship and competitions.

Honored test pilot of the Russian Federation and test cosmonaut of the USSR Ural Sultanov wished the children creative victories!

The work on the Leagues was organized in the mode of presentation of projects. Some of the teams passed distance defense at Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov. The participants of the event were children of different age categories: from schoolchildren of the 8th grade to students of the 3rd year of the university. The teams UAC, FAEET, BRBS No. 1 named after R. Garipova, successfully overcame the qualifying round. Note that these students have repeatedly declared themselves at the past championships in Moscow.

The participants proposed their solutions for the development of an aircraft to fulfill the tasks of the championship: original designs of aircraft, missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles were presented. The technical solutions of the teams were distinguished by original designs, different algorithms for the implementation of the task, the presence of auxiliary devices, such as a video camera with a video signal transmitter.

To accomplish a common task - the creation of operating models of aerospace vehicles of varying complexity - all participants work as a team.

We wish the participants success in the implementation of projects and successful performance in the final!
