#BoomBattle is a waste paper collection competition in which anyone can take part. For two years, the participants of the action collected more than 3,000 tons of waste paper, which saved about 60,000 trees or 600 hectares of forest from being cut down. This year, the organizers of the action at USATU will be the USATU Green Project, the Department of Youth Policy and the Department of Physical Education.

Students, teachers and staff can take part in the All-Russian action

 Information for students:

The collection of waste paper from students will take place on October 19, 2022. For convenience, it is better to tie the waste paper with a rope or bring it in a bag. This is a good opportunity to help nature and get rid of old notebooks, abstracts and essays.

⛔ Waste paper soiled with food or grease will not be accepted.

 Date: October 19 from 11:20 to 12:10 and from 15:30 to 16:10.

Information for faculty and staff:

From October 17 to October 19, 2022, waste paper will be collected as part of the University’s participation in the All-Russian waste paper collection campaign #BoomBattle.

You can bring your waste paper to office 2-209a from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

For large volumes (more than 2 boxes), the Department of Youth Policy, together with the Department of Physical Education, can organize the removal of your waste paper from the classrooms. To do this, you need to send a Whatsapp application to the phone number 89273368843 with the following information:

          1) Department/unit name

          2) Room

          3) A photograph of the already collected and prepared waste paper (waste paper must be tied with a rope or folded into boxes).
