Covid certificates issued to Russian citizens after suffering a coronavirus infection or after being vaccinated against COVID-19 will include data on antibodies (IgG) if such an analysis is available.
The Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko signed the order. The issuance of certificates based on an antibody test will begin after February 21, 2022. ⠀
As follows from the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the covid certificate will indicate the date of the study for the presence of immunoglobulin’s G to the causative agent of a new coronavirus infection; it will also indicate the method of study and the name of the medical organization that conducted the analysis.
A COVID-certificate will be generated in two languages - Russian and English - within three calendar days from the moment the results of the antibody test appear on the State Services portal, while such a certificate can be obtained only once at the request of a citizen on the portal, if before that there was no information that the citizen had COVID-19 or was vaccinated. It will not be possible to re-obtain a covid certificate based on an antibody test.
