You don't have to know the Russian language to study in Russia. You can become a student of the preparatory department (PD) - foreigners study Russian and specialized disciplines there depending on their future specialty. After completing the preparatory course, you can apply to Ufa University of Science and Technology for any Russian-language educational program.

The main goal is to help students improve their language and communication skills, as well as to provide high-quality training for applicants, improve their educational and professional level for admission to UUST

Tuition: 110,000 rubles per year.

Our programs are tailored to individual needs and include long-term and short-term Russian language courses courses in standard and intensive formats in academic groups of up to 8-10 people.

To study, foreign citizens must submit the following documents to the Department of Recruitment and Support of Foreign Students (12 Karla Marksa St., room 7-115) or by email: ums@uust.ru by October 1, following year:

• a copy of the passport and its notarized translation into Russian;
• a copy of the school certificate with a translation into Russian;
• a questionnaire.

The invitation is issued by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 1 month and then sent to the applicant's email. The validity period of the visa received under this invitation is 3 months.

To enroll, you will need:

• a copy of the passport and its notarized translation into Russian;
• a copy of your educational documents and their notarized translation into Russian;
• a paid receipt for the contract (for students studying on a fee-paying basis);

To check into a dormitory:

• a certificate (in Russian) of absence of HIV infection;
• fluorography (in Russian);
• a voluntary health insurance policy;
• 4 photos 3×4.

Foreign students of the Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens are living in a dormitory in 2-4-bed rooms at the address: Ufa, Gubaydullina, 7.

The cost of living per month is 1733.14 rubles.
