The conference «Optical Technologies for Telecommunications» is supported by the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE). 

Papers approved by the program committee that meet the SPIE requirements, presented at the conference by at least one of the co-authors and formatted in accordance with the rules, will be published in the SPIE proceedings. To submit a paper for consideration, you need:
1. Follow the link and upload the manuscrit in accordance with the requirements
2. Fill out the transfer form
The SPIE copyright transfer form must be signed by at least one of the authors of the manuscript and submitted to SPIE. The completed form must be submitted to SPIE by the contact author who uploaded it to the system
