On May 28, the spectacular "Aviation Day USATU-2022" was held at the "Airport" laboratory and testing complex near Ufa. The event took place as part of the traditional festival "Point of Separation".

Hundreds of guests attended the aviation technical festival. It should be reminded that the tradition of holding this event originated in USATU more than ten years ago, and today Aviation Day is very popular among the citizens. By the way, many graduates of our university come with their children.

At the USATU information platform, all visitors were presented with advertising booklets about the university, training areas and the 2022 admissions campaign.

A cadet of the Military Training Center tells a 7th grade student Emil Nazarov (Aurgazinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan) about the legendary reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle Tu-141 Strizh, the engine of which was developed with the direct participation of designer Alexander Sarkisov, a graduate of the Ufa Aviation Institute in 1959.

Emir has been studying for five years at the Free Eagle Aircraft Modeling Club in the Kirovsky District of Ufa. He really likes aviation and planes. In the future, he is going to enter the USATU. Emir Garafetdinov won prizes in two nominations of the aeromodelling competition and was awarded diplomas from USATU. By the way, the winners and prizewinners of the "Aviation Day" competitions will also receive additional points for admission to our university (winners - 10 points, prizewinners - 7 points).

Student Design Bureau "Aircraft and Engines" FAEET is an association of student enthusiasts who are interested in aircraft and engines, as well as those who want to directly participate in their development. At their site, they demonstrate a bench model of a jet engine, which was developed and printed on a 3D printer by first-year students of group PAD-119. There was no end to those who wanted to talk about the engine!
