The department for organizing the educational process announces a competitive selection in connection with the scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to students in educational programs of higher education full-time in specialties or areas of training corresponding to the priority areas of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy, for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Only students of 1-3 courses (undergraduate), 4 years (specialist), and undergraduates of the 1st year who study strictly in the following areas of training / specialties (Appendix 1) participate in the competitive selection.

The collection of information from applicants is carried out until June 3, 2022.

Each applicant for a scholarship submits the following documents in electronic form:

Characteristic - recommendation;

 a scanned copy of the gradebook or study card for the entire period of study (requirement: the student receives at least 50 percent of the grades "excellent" from the total number of grades received in the absence of "satisfactory" grades obtained from the results of 2 intermediate certifications preceding the award of the scholarship) ;

Undergraduates, in addition to the record book, must provide a copy of the bachelor / specialist's diploma (requirement: average score not lower than 4.5);

List of publications (form 16) (Appendix 2 / Filling sample) (the student has a publication in a scientific (educational-scientific, educational-methodical) international, all-Russian, departmental, regional publication, in a publication of an educational institution, scientific or other organization during the year prior to awarding the scholarship);

Scanned copies of diplomas, certificates confirming participation in olympiads, conferences, seminars and other events (within 2 years prior to the award of the scholarship);

Scanned copies of patents, certificates (within 2 years prior to the award of the scholarship).

For students of the 1st year (apply only for a scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation):

1) the USE score in mathematics and informatics/physics is at least 80 points and/or a copy of the document confirming the victory in the Olympiad for schoolchildren or in the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in: mathematics/physics/informatics;

2) a scanned copy of the educational card (a copy of the grade book) (lack of “satisfactory” grades);

3) characteristic - recommendation;

4) a list of publications, scanned copies of diplomas of the winner of olympiads, competitions, etc., certificates received during their studies at the university.

Scanned copies of documents in electronic form are provided to the mail of the department of organization of the educational process ahmetova.gm@ugatu.su (marked "Application for a scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation / Government of the Russian Federation", if the selection is passed, the documents will need to be certified).
