On May 26, within the framework of the meeting of gifted children "The Future of the Capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan", the awarding ceremony of the regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, the All-Russian competition "Big Change" for grades 9-11, the Ufa pre-professional Olympiad for students of grades 8-11, winners and prize-winners of the Interregional Olympiad in the Bashkir language and literature and the Republican Olympiad in the Tatar language and literature, the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, participants in the qualifying competitions for the final of the Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) championship.

Representatives of higher educational institutions of the republic, including USATU, attended the event. At the exhibition of educational programs, organized as part of the rally of gifted children, employees of the career guidance department Sergey Li and Irina Poluektova told the winners and prize-winners of school competitions and olympiads about USATU, handed out booklets, flyers with registration QR codes, funny stickers with university symbols.

At the awards ceremony, the head of the OPR Sergey Li congratulated the talented students of Ufa and invited them to study at USTU. Among the gifted children invited to the rally there were many students of Lyceum No. 153 and their teachers, who also teach at our university.

936 students took part in the regional stage of the Higher School of Education in the 2021-2022 academic year, 539 of them became winners and prizewinners. For the final stage of the High School 42 schoolchildren of grades 9-11 and a student of grade 6 were invited. In intellectual competitions in 18 subjects out of 24 possible, Ufa schoolchildren were able to win 18 highest awards (5 diplomas of absolute winners and 13 diplomas of prizewinners).

The All-Russian competitive movement is acquiring new formats. Among the most popular are the competition "Big Break", the big Olympiad "Art - Technology - Sport", "Educational Games". 114 students took part in the Regional Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) of the Republic of Bashkortostan, of which 72 became winners and prizewinners. 16 Ufa schoolchildren were invited to the qualifying stage of the final of the competition.

For more than three years, the Department of Education of the Administration of Civil Defense of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Belarus, together with USATU and USPTU, has been holding a pre-professional Olympiad in six areas:

"Engineering and design"; "Information technology"; "Information Security"; "Fire-technical"; "Chemical-technological"; "Digital Technologies and Robotics". Winners have preferences for admission to these universities.

The names of the rally participants will be entered in the Book of Honor for Talented Youth of the urban district of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Traditionally, each participant will be issued a certificate of recording.
