USATU is one of the organizers of the school - a unique aerospace project for talented children from different countries. In the summer of 2012, the first shift for young talents of the republic took place, and since then the geography of participants has steadily expanded.

Participants of the International Aerospace School (IAS) are children who are passionate about aviation and space from many regions of Russia and countries of the near and far abroad - winners and prize-winners of the International Olympiad in the history of aviation and aeronautics. A. Mozhaisky, Republican Olympiad for the Cup of Yu. Gagarin, “Kurchatov Readings”, scientific and practical conference “Aviation. Energy. Space", etc.

Leading teachers conduct lectures, practical classes on aviation and rocket and space topics at IAS and scientists of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, various master classes are organized by graduates of our university, military sports relay races are organized by officers and cadets of the University's Military Training Center. Among the participants of the aerospace shifts are dozens of schoolchildren from the region, who later became students of the USATU.

The project "International Aerospace School for Talented Children of Bashkiria" was included in the Top 3 laureates of the "Where the Motherland Begins" competition for the best patriotic NGO project.
