On June 30, the Council of Young Scientists of USATU held a meeting with teachers, researchers, graduate students, doctoral students, applicants and university staff engaged in research in various fields of science, whose age does not exceed 35 years (for doctors of science - 40 years).
The agenda of the event was rich and varied. An open dialogue was held with the First Vice-Rector for Science Rustem Enikeev on topical issues of large-scale development of youth science at the university and the creation of additional support measures, for example, the allocation of the university's own grants for research.
Within the framework of the meeting, awards were given to young scientists and talented students - winners of Russian competitions. The university administration congratulated the winners of the finals of the All-Russian School of Engineering-2021/22. These are graduate student Denis Tarakanov with the project "Development of a digital model for obtaining biogas for the design and operation of a biogas plant based on energy-efficient technology for processing food waste" and student Alsu Shaniyazova "Reclamation of oil-contaminated lands."
Also, well-deserved awards were presented to the student team of the USATU from the administration of the university and the operators of the All-Russian competition of eco-projects for the work "USATU Processing School" and "Green Card of the University". Team members: Chuvashayeva Kamilla (TB-201B), Kosukha Polina (PI-127B ), Fatkullina Guldar (E-288B) , Khairullin Vildan ( P-212B ), Malikova Ruzanna (TB-201B ), Ivushkin Kuzma ( GMU-217 ), Albina Sadykova ( TB-201M ), Tatyana Sayfutdinova ( PI-127B ) , as well as FAEET freshmen (EMD-116b): Denis Muravyov, Dinar Idrisov, Artyom Patrakov, Timur Mamatov, Linar Zagidullin.
Certificates were issued to the participants of the training intensive "Workshop of young scientists" to students: Alexander Lapin (IST-311), Alina Khusainova (KTO-371), Angela Tulina (KTO-371), Darya Fal'shunova (STS-408), Alexander Ryzhkin (PTM- 404).
Timur Razyapov , head of the project initiatives department, and Ruslan Khairetdinov , head of the intellectual property department, also addressed the meeting participants .
As part of the event, the new composition of the Council of Young Scientists of the USATU was named. The names of representatives of faculties, institutes and branches can be found here.
Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Informatics Oleg Shiryaev summed up the results of the 2021/2022 academic year and spoke about the plans and main areas of work for the next year:
- support and stimulation of research, scientific and technical, innovative activities of young scientists and students;
- assistance in the implementation of target indicators of the university development program;
- cooperation with scientific, public and other organizations of young scientists;
- monitoring and analysis of professional, social, housing and other problems of young scientists, as well as the search for possible ways to solve them;
- organization and holding of popular science lectures, scientific seminars, conferences and round tables, traveling schools and other events (including cultural, sports,
- wellness) in which young scientists of the university can take part;
- participation in international, all-Russian, interregional, regional and other projects, grants, programs;
- formation and maintenance of a data bank on the scientific potential of young scientists of the university, including a database of young scientists of the university who went abroad (in order to establish contact and conduct joint work, create conditions for mutually beneficial cooperation).
