A report-and-election meeting of a voluntary student squad was held on the campus.

Valery Mishutov, Assistant to the Rector for Security Affairs, who briefed those present on the agenda and procedure for holding the meeting, opened the meeting.

Artur Akhunov, head of the voluntary student squad, spoke about the work done in the 2020-2022 academic year to strengthen public discipline and law and order on the campus. He also petitioned for the termination of his powers in connection with the completion of his studies at the university and proposed Igor Saipashev for the vacant position.

By unanimous decision of the meeting, Igor Saipashev headed a voluntary student team. Denislam Kuvatov was elected his deputy for legal work, Ildan Baizakov for information support.

In his speech, the newly elected leader presented a plan for further work and prospects for the development of the voluntary student team of the USATU.

At the end of the meeting, Valery Mishutov presented certificates of honor and awards to the most active combatants.

 It should be noted that the voluntary student squad is a non-membership public association aimed at monitoring compliance with the requirements of the intra-object regime and the internal regulations of the university. Formed on a voluntary basis at the initiative of USATU students, and solves its tasks in cooperation with the university administration based on the principles of voluntariness, legality, humanity, observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.

To date, the staff of the voluntary student brigade has over 30 people, most of whom are cadets of the Military Training Center studying under the training program for regular officers.
