A cooperation agreement was signed between the Ufa State Aviation Technical University and the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The rector of USATU Sergey Novikov and the director of the CSM RB Sergey Sevnitsky put their signatures under the document.

 The subject of the agreement is the establishment and development of long-term partnerships based on the integration of educational, scientific and innovative potentials for the participation of the parties in the creation of the Metrological Educational Cluster of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The agreement defines the main areas of cooperation, including the joint development and implementation of integrated educational programs for in-depth study of courses and disciplines in the field of metrology and standardization; implementation of additional general education programs; organization of olympiad, scientific, design and research work with students; creation of a unified system of career guidance for students; acquaintance of students with the activities of the Center; passing educational, production and undergraduate practice; internships for graduate students and doctoral students at the Center in specialized areas of training; promotion of employment of university graduates; holding joint leisure, mass events.

“The agreement formalizes existing relations and opens up prospects for building up cooperation, and, above all, in the field of training competent and competitive specialists.

Now feedback in the region is extremely important for us, so that employers, representatives of enterprises and companies, together with the university, develop platforms for training personnel in demand for our republic,” said Rector Sergey Novikov.
