Alexey Elizariev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the USATU, joined the current membership of the Public Chamber of Bashkiria.

It is reported that A.N. Elizariev joined the current squad for the vacant seat. Previously, he had already served in three compositions of the chamber in the period from 2013 to 2020.

Elizariev Alexey Nikolaevich - scientist, teacher, public figure. Candidate of Geographical Sciences, Associate Professor. Scientist in the field of security management in socio-economic systems. Scientific research is related to the rational use of water resources, the use of methods for the environmental rehabilitation of water bodies within urban areas.

Graduated with honors from the USATU with a degree in Emergency Protection and the RSSU with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

At USATU since 2003: Associate Professor of the Department of Production Safety and Industrial Ecology (since 2008), Dean of the Faculty of Protection in Emergency Situations (since 2017), Head of the Department of Production Safety and Industrial Ecology (since 2019), since March 2021 - Vice-Rector for educational work of USATU.

He was a member of the Youth Chamber under the Council of the Urban District of the city of Ufa, the State Assembly-Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, three convocations of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
