In connection with the request of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the department for organizing the educational process announces the collection of information from applicants for participation in the competition for the scholarship named after Yu.D. Maslyukov for the 2022/2023 academic year.
Students of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th courses (specialist), as well as 1st year postgraduates studying full-time in specialties and areas of training that provide training for the defense industry are allowed to participate in the competition:

To participate in the selection, you must meet the following criteria:
- lack of “satisfactory” grades for the entire period of study;
- availability of publications in a scientific (educational-scientific, educational-methodical) international, all-Russian, departmental, regional publication, in the publication of an educational institution, scientific or other organization (publications from 2021 are taken into account);
- availability of patents for inventions, certificates of registration of computer programs (taken into account from 2021);
- availability of diplomas, certificates confirming participation in olympiads, conferences, seminars and other events (achievements since 2021 are taken into account).
Each candidate must meet the criteria specified in paragraph 1 and 2 or more of the criteria specified in paragraphs 2,3,4.
The applicant for participation in the competitive selection for a scholarship provides the following documents:
- certified educational card (lack of "satisfactory" grades for the entire period of study, for undergraduates - a certified copy of a bachelor's degree (specialist));
- list of publications in form 16 (the student has a publication in a scientific (educational-scientific, educational-methodical) international, all-Russian, departmental, regional publication, in a publication of an educational institution, scientific or other organization (publications from 2021 are taken into account) (Appendix 1: form 16, form 16 for undergraduates, sample filling).
- certified copies of patents for inventions, certificates of registration of computer programs (taken into account from 2021);
- certified copies of diplomas, certificates confirming participation in olympiads, conferences, seminars and other events (achievements since 2021 are taken into account);
- consent to the processing of personal data (Appendix 2).
The deans of the faculties carry out the collection of information in paper form, IEM, the educational part of the IATM until April 1, 2022.
For prompt processing of applications, the portfolio (except for consent to the processing of personal data) should be sent to the mail of an employee of the department for organizing the educational process ahmetova.gm@ugatu.su.
