In connection with the request of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the department for organizing the educational process announces a competitive selection for the appointment of scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation (budget and commercial students), the Government of the Russian Federation (only state students) for the 2022/2023 academic year.
The deans of faculties (institutes, branches) collect the information until April 12, 2022.
Selection criteria:
1. Progress: the absence of "satisfactory" grades based on the results of two intermediate certifications preceding the award of a scholarship, with "excellent" grades that make up at least 50% of the total number of grades received, and the absence of academic debts for the entire period of study. For undergraduates, the score of the bachelor's / specialist's diploma is preferably not lower than 4.5.
2. Availability of publications for 2020-2022, including in scientific journals included in the current list of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia, publications in conference proceedings indexed in Web of Science, Scopus.
3. The presence of diplomas, certificates confirming victories in competitions, Olympiads, other scientific, scientific and technical competitive events, grants (for 2020-2022).
4. Availability of patents, certificates of registration of computer programs (for 2020-2022).
To be eligible for the competition, a fellowship applicant must meet the criteria set out in points 1 and 2 of the above selection criteria and one or more of the criteria set out in points 3-4.
Each applicant submits the following documents:
1) information about progress (a signed educational card with results for the entire period of study), undergraduates also provide a certified copy of the bachelor's (specialist) diploma (paper version and scanned copy);
2) certified copies of documents confirming success in educational and scientific activities (diplomas, diplomas, certificates, patents, grants, etc.) (paper version and scanned copy);
3) list of publications in Word format (form 16) (Appendix 1 / Filling example);
4) scanned copies of publications in PDF format (for each publication - the cover of the publication and the text of the publication, in the case of electronic publication - a link to the storage location where it is located).
5) consent signed by the candidate for the processing, storage and transfer of personal data to third parties (Appendix 2) (in paper form and scanned copy).
Signed copies of documents are provided to the dean's office of faculties (institutes). Scanned copies of documents should be sent to the email address ooup.ugatu@mail.ru (with the note “scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation / Government of the Russian Federation).
The dean of the faculty (director of the institute) or deputy dean, certified by the seal of the dean’s office, must endorse all prepared documents.
