The unified innovation complex (UIC) includes four basic structural units - these are the Nanotech and Tsifrotech collective use centers, the intellectual property department and the printing department. Based on the Nanotech and Digital Tec collective use centers, five research laboratories with their technological sections are currently operating.
The tasks of the UIC are:
- to systematize the conduct of research and educational work at the university;
- ensure efficient and safe use of the existing instrumentation base;
- coordinate the interaction of structural divisions of the university in terms of developing the investment attractiveness of the research and development sphere;
- provide services to third parties in order to attract additional sources of funding for the modernization and updating of the base.
The creation of a single innovation complex is one of the activities carried out at the University of Transformation as part of the implementation of the USATU development program.
