The Faculty of Aircraft Engines, Energy and Transport and the Institute of Aviation Technologies and Materials took part on the second day of the offline marathon of faculties and institutes of USATU.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Alexey Elizariev greeted the participants of the meeting. He stressed that the university not only constantly improves the level of the educational component, but also improves its infrastructure, so a tour of the classrooms, laboratories and brand zones of the university will be interesting and informative.
“You will learn about the most promising areas of training at our university, including those corresponding to the atlas of professions of the future. And you will also see the most modern developments of our scientists,” the Vice-Rector noted.
Dean of FADET Dmitry Akhmedzyanov spoke next:
“Today we will try to show that you will not waste your time now, and even more so if you enter our university.

Director of IATM Yuldash Khusainov explained on the general history of the "iron" faculties, their differences and peculiarities of education.
“A technologist is a magician who embodies all the designer's fantasies in real life. Not a single production in the world can do without the participation of designers and technologists, therefore, the demand for our specialists is great both in our country and abroad,” said the head of the IATM.
Radik Kalimullin, Head of the Department for Work with Applicants, spoke about the features of the 2022 admission campaign:
“Firstly, this year we are accepting USE results for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022.
Secondly, applicants are allowed to apply to five universities at once, but the number of referrals to USATU is no more than seven.
Thirdly, the submission of documents takes place remotely through the personal account of the USATU applicant, Superservice "get admitted right", by mail and in person.
Fourthly, enrollment will take place in one wave. The original certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment must be submitted on August 3, 2022 by 18:00.

After the introductory part, the participants went on an exciting journey through the university buildings. Stops on the route were made in the aircraft engine design room, the laboratory of gas turbine engines and the production of rocket technology, SCB Power Machines and Formula Student, at the Boeing-737 simulator, as well as in the Ufanet brand zone, where the meeting took place. with representatives of the Military Training Center of USATU.
