Today, in the conference hall named after Vladimir Parashchenko, teachers and staff of the university, awarded with departmental awards of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and students awarded with a corporate scholarship from PJSOC Bashneft. The rector Sergey Novikov presented the awards.
The ceremony was held in a warm atmosphere. Due to sanitary and epidemiological restrictions, only diploma students and the university administration attended the event.
- These awards are a sign of respect for your worthy work and significant contribution to the development of our university, - Rector Sergey Novikov greeted the participants. – It is symbolic that we present them in the year of the 90th anniversary of USATU.

It should be noted that all of them have worked at our university for many years and have merits in research, educational, administrative and pedagogical activities. For example, Georgy Ageev, a USATU graduate, worked his way up from an engineer to vice-rector for innovation. Vice-Rector for Economics and Finance Regina Alchanova also began her career at our university as a laboratory assistant in the 90s. All students of IATM attend lectures by a well-known specialist in the field of materials science of steels, an expert in operational failures, associate professor Rida Zaripova. Clerk Lyudmila Malukhina has already worked at UAI-UGATU for 58 years.
The first vice-rector for science, a scientist in the field of thermal engines, Professor Rustem Enikeev calls his own department of internal combustion engines his “place of power” at USATU:

Associate Professor Guzel Bikulova has been teaching students the language for more than thirty years; the students have repeatedly taken part in international competitions and olympiads in German. However, Tatyana Dmitrieva, head of the Department of Electronic Resources of the USATU Library, has the following life credo: “Achieving the goal by any means, even if I have to look for 10,000 ways that don’t work like Thomas Edison!”
The scientist Vyacheslav Vavilov is known in Russia and abroad. Head of the Department of Electromechanics, he heads the Research Institute "Electrotechnical Complexes and Systems", where new highly efficient electric motors and generators are designed.
The young scientist Marina Abramova has a favorite "place of power" at the university - teaching (1-339), where, according to her, you can always hide from the hustle and bustle. Associate Professor of the branch in the city of Kumertau Lyudmila Kromina is sure, “if today you do what others do not want, then tomorrow you will do what others cannot!”
Our undergraduates Albina Biktasheva (FIR), Askar Kudayarov (FCDEM) and Ainur Gazizov (FIR) also became heroes of the day. The students are engaged in research work, development and maintenance of information and geographic information systems. Ainur, for example, created a web version of the GIS for the Waste Cadastre automated information system based on free software, which is used by the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Askar has the first category in powerlifting and wins prizes at the Universiade of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
It should be noted that the amount of the scholarship from PJSC Bashneft is 10,000 rubles per month, 30 students of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University have already become its owners.
