In the pedagogical technopark of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla held a meeting of the Council of Rectors of Bashkortostan universities. Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexei Kasyanov, First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Domestic Policy Ural Kilsenbaev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Azat Badranov and Minister of Education and Science of the Republic Aibulat Khazhin, heads of universities in the region attended the meeting.
Members of the Council visited the Institute of Continuing Professional Education "Vector of Development", the Faculty of Art and Graphics and the Technopark of Universal Pedagogical Competences "Teacher of the Future Generation of Russia". In the technopark, the guests got acquainted with the educational platform of the Russian society "Knowledge", a co-working zone, IT, robotics and VR / AR technologies zones, as well as a laboratory with equipment for experiments in physics, chemistry, radiography, studying the structure of the human body, for working in in the field of biotechnology and new materials.
The first topic discussed at the Council of Rectors was the issue of the procedure for providing social payments to young scientists of organizations participating in the Eurasian REC, including for improving housing conditions. The speeches of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Azat Badranov and the rector of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M.Akmulla Salavat Sagitov were devoted to that matter. The approximate regulation on the procedure for granting payments was agreed upon by the members of the Council, taking into account the changes proposed by the chairman of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Vadim Zakharov.
BashSU Rector Nikolay Morozkin and Advisor to the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan on Science Ruslan Kazykhanov spoke about a unified model for stimulating research and innovation activities of young scientists in order to attract competencies from other regions. It was decided that the Ministry of Science and Education of the region would develop regional competitive programs and grants to invite leading scientists from other regions. Abroad to participate in research university projects, update measures of state support for short-term internships for young scientists and develop a set of measures to attract leading Russian and international venture funds to finance start-ups of Bashkir universities. The rectors of the universities agreed to update the mechanisms for stimulating young employees and develop a regional promotion and encouragement system that ensures the retention of the best young scientific and pedagogical staff at the university.
Having discussed the speech of the Chairman of the Bashkir Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Public Education and Science Workers of the Russian Federation Rail Gazizov and the representative of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Youth Policy Vito Sabirov on the organization and holding of the festival "Student Spring Festival- 2022", the heads of universities agreed to make additional proposals and asked the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Youth Policy to review some points of the Regulations on holding the "Student Spring Festival-2022" and determine the theme of the competition.
The regional model for the training and support of personnel for the education system of Bashkortostan, presented by the director of the Institute of Continuing Professional Education "Vector of Development" BSPU named after M.Akmulla Guzel Kalimullina, was recommended for implementation in educational institutions of the republic.
