On April 21, an online introductory session was held on the acceleration-training program for managers and employees of career centers of educational organizations of higher education.
The developer and executor of the program is the Expert Center for Career and Promoting the Realization of Professional Opportunities for Youth, created in pursuance of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Tasks of the acceleration program:
- bring universities and departments to a common understanding of the position, key goals and objectives of career centers (CCs), including a common perception of the CC as an entry point for an employer in any university;
- take into account the current situation, developments and structure of each Central Committee, strengthen weaknesses and consolidate productive processes into permanent ones
- optimize the internal processes of the Central Committee through digitalization, accounting and automation systems;
- to integrate the Central Committee as a competent and resource unit into educational, market and regional processes.
Participation in the session from USATU was accepted by:

- Head of the department of practices and employment of graduates Suleymanova Gulnaz.
