For over 20 years, our university has been cooperating with leading European universities, carrying out interaction in the field of scientific research, organizing joint conferences and meetings, and exchanging teachers, scientists, students, and graduate students.

Thus, the history of relations between USATU and the University of Trento (Italy) began in 2008 with a joint project under the Erasmus Mundus program. All these years, active scientific work has been carried out between our universities and academic mobility has been developing. Dozens of our teachers, students and graduate students undergo internships at a partner university.

Every year, the University of Trento, together with USATU, submits applications for funding under the Erasmus + program, which are supported by the European Commission.

This year, within the framework of this project, our university again received scholarships for the implementation of academic mobility of students. Oleg Mirasov and Yulia Sharipova , undergraduates of the profile "Algorithmic bioinformatics" of the direction "Informatics and Computer Engineering", became the winners of the open competition . Starting from February, our children will study disciplines from the agreed curriculum for the whole semester.

It should be noted that thanks to the accumulated experience in 2019, an agreement was signed between the universities on dual master's programs in the field of "Informatics and Computer Engineering". Today we are talking about the possibility of expanding cooperation and obtaining double diplomas in the master's profile "Algorithmic Bioinformatics".

We hope that our guys will show themselves excellently and become the first signs of a new stage of cooperation between USATU and the University of Trento.
