USATU INCLUDED IN TOP-20 RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES FOR THE SUCCESS OF EMPLOYMENT OF GRADUATES
The university took 18th place in the ranking of the largest Russian online platform for job and employee search hh.ru.
The list includes two more Bashkir universities: Ufa State Petroleum Technical University (30th place) and Bashkir State University (82nd place).
In total, the ranking included 300 Russian universities with a population of 3,000 or more (with the exception of Moscow universities and military educational institutions). Experts analyzed 3.9 million resumes of Russian job seekers with higher education on the labor market during 2020 - the first half of 2021.
The first three places of the rating were taken by the Ural Federal University named after V.I. the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin, St. Petersburg State University, and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
The key findings of the study indicate that graduates of medical universities have the highest salary expectations, followed by technical universities. The lowest salary expectations are for specialists with diplomas from agricultural and pedagogical universities.
The top managers at various companies, as a rule, is higher among graduates of technical and humanitarian universities. Leading positions in companies are least often held by specialists with diplomas from medical and pedagogical universities.
