BashRTS LLC held an intellectual and cognitive quiz "Energy start" for students of 13 specialized universities and colleges of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Tatarstan. The large-scale event took place on March 22, 2022.

More than 550 like-minded students studying in the areas of heat power engineering and heat engineering connected to the game and competed in professionalism on a specialized online platform in live broadcast mode.

The quiz was developed taking into account modern and familiar formats for young people. In real time, the presenter was in touch with the participants, who asked questions and communicated with the participants in a general chat. Students responded from their mobile devices and personal computers.

During the breaks, videos about career opportunities in the company and information from the youth activists of BashRTS LLC were broadcast.

The winners of the quiz, who scored the most points and entered the top ten leaders, were students from five educational institutions.

Among them are three representatives of FAEET USATU. These are Ilmir Baimukhametov, Alexey Magadeev and Alexey Starostin.
